bibme is a free, online tool for generating citations in varous styles (MLA, APA, etc.). It's easy to use and takes some of the stress away in building your bibliographies and reference lists. But, always be sure to double-check that the tool is generating the citation formats correctly.
Please be aware that MS Word's References Tool and citing programs like Zotero, RefWorks, EndNote, etc. are not perfect. If you use these or similar applications to create a reference list for your in-text references, ALWAYS check the output against the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.
The Library subscribes to RefWorks, a citation management system. You can access it at this link.
