Dr. Kelly has dedicated more than 35 years to the field of addiction medicine. He is board-certified in Internal medicine, specializing in addiction medicine. He currently practices at Community Health Network where he provides direct care and administrative oversight for the Integrated Care inpatient detoxification program and medical-bed consultation throughout the hospital network. He is the principle partner in the private addiction medicine practice Clearvista Recovery Associates. Kelly also serves on the Governor’s Taskforce on Drug Enforcement, Treatment, and Prevention.
