Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. You can go into Settings and connect it to Butler Library's holdings to make it easier to track down full-text of articles.

In the results list, you can limit to Newpapers. You can also limit by Geography - for example, Central America - to see news published in a certain region. You can limit to Spanish language articles with a Language drop-down at the top of the results window too.

This database provides a full-text digital collection of the world's major news content. It includes millions of articles from newspapers, newswires and news magazines. In addition, it offers television and radio news transcripts and ongoing daily updates from popular news sources.

If you hit a paywall, bring the citation information (newspaper name, article title and author, date published) back to the library.
