HOW DO I GET THERE?

One of two ways, both of which start on nytimes.com:

If you click on the "hamburger icon" next to SECTIONS (the three lines), it will open up a menu:

From here, you will be able to browse all of the Times Topics from A-Z.

Looking for something specific? Click SEARCH instead. Enter your search term(s). When you get to the results page, "Topics" are often at the top of the page, but to be sure, you can limit your results to just Topics (see Result Type at the bottom of this image):
