Formal guidelines on how to cite sources within a video do not exist in the same way they do for academic writing, where there are multiple established citation styles (e.g. APA, MLA, Chicago), as well as resources to help you apply them. Even though there aren't detailed citation rules for videos, the general principles of citation and avoiding plagiarism still apply! Make sure to provide attribution for any ideas that aren't your own, either within the video itself and/or through an additional list of references. If there are any specific citation guidelines provided for your video assignment, follow those.
