After completing Disney Traditions, each DCP cast member receives their company ID and becomes an official Disney cast member. After becoming official, DCP cast members are able to enjoy complimentary admission to Disney's theme parks, which are subject to block-out dates and other restrictions.

If you are at Walt Disney World Resort, you will have the opportunity to earn additional complimentary One-Day Park Hopper tickets so you can enjoy the parks with your family and friends, too. After working your first 150 hours, you'll earn your first set of complimentary tickets. 

If you are participating in the program as Disneyland Resort, you'll receive a complimentary Main Entrance Pass that allows you to admit up to three guests into the parks on 16 different days during your program.

Cast Member receive a 20% discount on most merchandise as Walt Disney World Resort, and a 40% seasonal discount from late October/early November until mid-February.
