As a student of Butler University, you will most likely have to deliver at least one presentation while here. Presentation assignments provide you with the opportunity to strengthen skills that will be valuable in the workplace, including oral communication, public speaking, and visual communication skills. Having these skills could be what leads to a promotion!

Many students feel nervous about giving presentations. Don't worry, this is normal! Public speaking becomes easier with practice, and confidence in your presentation can help to shake those pre-presentation jitters.
