AccessMedicine and AccessPharmacy

1. Go to AccessMedicine 
2. Create an account by clicking on the box at the top right of the screen that says My Profile.
3. Select Sign In or Create a Free Access Profile.
4. Once you have your username and login, download the AccessMedicine app to your mobile device.
5. Login with your AccessMedicine account.

NOTE: If you have registered for an Access profile on any of the Access sites, you can use the same Access login credentials across all sites.

ASCVD Risk Estimator Plus

The updated ASCVD Risk Estimator Plus uses up-to-date American College of Caridology clinical policy and user feedback to help a clinician and patient build a customized risk lowering plan by estimating and monitoring change in 10 year ASCVD risk.

1. Download ASCVD Risk Estimator Plus app to your mobile device.

Canvas Student

 

1. Download Canvas Student to your mobile device.
2. Search for Butler University when prompted to search for school.
3. Login with your Butler email address and password.

Canvas Teacher

 

1. Download Canvas Teacher to your mobile device.
2. Search for Butler University when prompted to search for school.
3. Login with your Butler email address and password.

ClinicalKey

ClinicalKey App Icon

 

Butler affiliates can download and use the ClinicalKey app without having a personal account. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Download the ClinicalKey app
2. Select "ClinicalKey" for product selection, then "ClinicalKey" again for edition selection
3. Click "Continue" when asked to Access your entitlements
4. Click the "Access via your Institution" button
5. Click "Continue" when prompted
6. Search for "Butler University" when prompted to search for institution and "Confirm your institution"
7. Login with Buter University credentials with dual authentication if/when prompted
8. You can now access ClinicalKey content without a personal account!

If you would like to track CE or use your personal account, follow the above steps, then:

1. Create an individual account at ClinicalKey from the top right "Login" icon and follow the prompts for a free personal account
2. After you've downloaded the app and followed the above steps, select the settings icon from the bottom right of the app display
3. Select "User Account" and follow prompts for logging into your individual account
4. Link account to Butler University

 

Clinical Pharmacology

Clinical Pharmacology App Icon

A code is no longer needed to access the Clinical Pharmacology app! Please follow the steps below:

1. You will need to go to the Clinical Pharmacology powered by ClinicalKey website
2. Once on the main page, click Login on the upper right hand corner of the page.
3. You will be routed to the Login page. Bypass the username and password section by scrolling down to Remote Access and click Apply for Remote Access.
4. You will be routed to the "Apply for Remote Access" page and you will be required to enter your email address associated to the account (your @butler.edu domain). Click Continue. You will then receive a confirmation that you have successfully registered for Self-Managed Remote Access via your company.
5. Download the Clinical Pharmacology App and login.

NOTE: This is a BIG app. You may want to login via the library's site instead of a mobile app to save storage on your device.

Clinical Sense

Guideline Central is dedicated to providing healthcare professionals with evidence-based clinical decision-support tools that are current, practical, and easily accessible.
