LibChat: Creating Widgets

Have the LibChat Guide on the Side walk you through the process of creating a Personal Chat Widget!

These types of widgets allow multiple users/accounts to monitor a single chat queue.  They must be created at the admin level.

At present, the only department/system widget in place is the Information Commons (monitored both by the Information Commons student account, CAT, and the Information Commons librarian).  If you have an idea for another department/system that we could create, please get in touch with Amanda Starkel.
