This Guide is a collaboration between the Academic Affairs Division for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Butler Libraries to provide information resources on DEI in higher education, DEI initiatives happening at Butler, and how Butler Libraries is supporting DEI awareness and programming on campus.  The navigation tabs to the left, organize the information by:

• DEI & Higher Education - Key educational and association websites that cover the spectrum of DEI work happening on college campuses; ranging from HR policies and hiring, leadership, campus culture, classroom teaching. etc.
• DEI at Butler - Links to Butler-specific offices and programs related to DEI.  Also includes Butler-curated LibGuides and Bibliographies on DEI topics.
• DEI at Butler Libraries - Resources available through Butler Libraries on DEI in higher education as well as how academic libraries are responding to DEI issues and opportunities within the library profession.
